Sept ans d’impact : l’héritage d’un catalyseur territorial

Il y a sept ans, le PTCE Vivre Les Mureaux est né d’une conviction inébranlable : transformer notre territoire en un modèle de résilience, d’inclusion et de fierté. Durant ce premier cycle, nous n’avons pas seulement été un Pôle Territorial de Coopération Économique ; nous avons été un cœur battant, un laboratoire, un catalyseur qui a permis à l’impensable de devenir la réalité des Mureaux.

  • Nous avons fait et fait faire : Nous avons imaginé, testé et mis en œuvre des actions directes innovantes – de la remobilisation des jeunes aux expériences de tourisme solidaire.
  • Mission accomplie : Aujourd’hui, une partie de notre rêve est réalisée. Les initiatives que nous avons lancées sont devenues des actifs locaux autonomes et pérennes telles que TZCLD Les Mureaux et Mur’Envol.
    Les bénéficiaires du Boosters de l’Entrepreneuriat volent de leurs propres ailes, ou portés par des acteurs locaux qui ont repris le flambeau.

Ce cycle de sept ans s’achève et nous appelons à une nouvelle étape pour le PTCE.

L’évolution stratégique : passer du « faire » au « faire faire »

Face à une conjoncture institutionnelle où les fonds publics s’amenuisent et où la pérennité exige une agilité maximale, nous faisons un choix audacieux : changer de posture pour multiplier l’impact.

Nous nous transformons pour assurer la pérennité de notre mission – celle de l’emploi, du vivre-ensemble et du tourisme expérientiel aux Mureaux.

Nous passons du rôle d’opérateur central à celui d’architecte du possible.

L’objectif du PTCE Vivre Les Mureaux: devenir une structure agile, légère et souple, dont la force réside non pas dans la taille de son équipe salariée, mais dans sa capacité à mobiliser et à financer l’intelligence collective du territoire.

La version 2.0 : une transformation ancrée dans l’action

Cette métamorphose n’est pas une projection lointaine ; elle est déjà en marche. Elle repose sur l’activation de nouveaux leviers :

1. Le Fonds Territorial Impacts LMX : l’autonomie financière

Fin 2024, nous avons posé la base de notre indépendance financière avec la création du Fonds Territorial Impacts LMX. Ce Fonds est l’expression de notre confiance dans l’engagement citoyen. Entièrement porté par une équipe de bénévoles motivés, son unique mission est de lever des fonds privés (mécénat, entreprises locales et nationales) pour soutenir directement les projets locaux qui incarnent la mission initiale du PTCE Vivre Les Mureaux. 

2. L’ouverture de JONAS : le tiers-lieu de la transition écologique et sociale

JONAS incarne notre nouvelle posture :

  • Un lieu, 70 acteurs : au lieu d’être opérateur sur le lieu, nous fédérons déjà 70 acteurs locaux qui y trouveront une plus-value et y apporteront leur expertise.
  • Un prestataire : Le PTCE Vivre Les Mureaux dans sa nouvelle configuration, jouera le rôle de maître d’ouvrage et d’ensemblier. Nous ferons appel à un prestataire pour l’animation et la coordination du lieu, soutenant ainsi directement l’économie et les emplois de notre territoire.
  • Un modèle économique régénératif : qui permet le développement des acteurs locaux et le renforcement du fonds territorial Impacts Lmx.

3. Continuer d’inspirer et de transmettre

Au-delà du livre Vivre sa Ville que vous pouvez commander en ligne, nous continuons d’être sollicités pour témoigner ou d’accueillir des groupes qui souhaitent réfléchir à l’impact d’une mobilisation citoyenne et la force d’un PTCE.

Le PTCE Vivre Les Mureaux entre dans son ère de maturité. Nous avons semé, nous avons cultivé, et aujourd’hui, nous souhaitons passer de la pépinière à l’écosystème autosuffisant.

Ce choix stratégique, sans salarié, est le seul qui garantisse la pérennité de sa mission pour Les Mureaux.

Nous avons besoin de vous – partenaires institutionnels, entreprises, et citoyens engagés pour accompagner la suite de la mission du PTCE.
