Vivre Les Mureaux retenu territoires pilotes
Depuis 2008, Le RAMEAU mène des travaux de recherche empirique sur la co-construction territoriale. Fort des résultats, il a publié en 2016 un référentiel, créé un centre de ressources numériques qui capitalise l’expérience des pionniers (https://coconstructionterritoriale.wordpress.com/), et conçu avec l’ESSEC un Mooc, librement accessible sur Coursera.
En 2018, Le Rameau a décidé d’aller plus loin, et de créer avec 12 territoires pilotes un « parcours d’expérience » permettant de pouvoir s’approprier tous ces travaux en participant entre « pairs » à une démarche apprenante de co-développement. Cette démarche, qui a été testée en 2014, a fait l’objet durant 3 ans d’un processus d’amélioration continue pour permettre de répondre parfaitement aux besoins et aux enjeux des « catalyseurs territoriaux ».
Le projet du PTCE Vivre Les Mureaux a été retenu comme l’un des 12 territoires pilotes.
Le Rameau : Accompagner les animateurs de territoire
Les « catalyseurs territoriaux » sont les animateurs des dynamiques de co-construction territoriale. Ce nouveau métier a émergé empiriquement depuis une dizaine d’année. L’expérience des pionniers montrent que leur rôle est essentiel pour accélérer le mouvement de co-construction sur un territoire.
Pour passer de ces quelques pionniers à une capacité plus large d’accompagner les territoires dans leur démarche
d’alliances innovantes pour répondre à leurs enjeux, un parcours d’expérience dédié à la co-construction territoriale permettra de partager les expériences et de faire monter en compétences les acteurs ayant déjà une expérience de l’animation territoriale.
Ce parcours d’expérience est conçu pour 12 territoires au profil différent. Le groupe est constitué de « catalyseurs territoriaux » qui peuvent participer en binômes afin de faciliter l’irrigation au sein de leur territoire des enseignements de l’expérience vécue.
Le parcours d’expérience « co-construction territoriale » abordera différentes thématiques :
- Etat des lieux des partenariats en France et spécificités régionales,
- Fragilités en territoire et enjeux d’alliances innovantes,
- Modèles de co-construction territoriale,
- Innovations territoriales & sociétales, publiques et privées,
- Tiers lieux & dialogue territorial,
- Partenariats associations / entreprises,
- Modèles socio-économiques hybrides,
- RSE & Partenariats.
Afin de passer des tests réalisés depuis 3 ans à un parcours qui puisse être déployé à grande échelle, un programme
expérimental d’appropriation a été initié sur 18 mois (juillet 2017- décembre 2018).
